time out...

Christmas craziness is in full swing, so this is the picture I have on my desktop to remind me to take it easy... this was taken on when H & I visited Venice on our honeymoon last October, it was such a lovely relaxing day, *sigh*

One-derful Anniversary Treats

These are some of the memories I
captured from the amazing, uber
relaxing, divine day that my
wonderful Husband organised for the
One Year Anniversary of our marriage...
H - thank you for a spectacular day all over again xx

time out...

It's certainly been a while since I've had time to find the little silver lining in my world... I've been flat out, which is a good thing in some respects, but am soooo looking forward to the amazing day my Husband has organised for a little time out for our first year wedding anniversary tomorrow. If it's even half as good as the day we spent on these chairs in Paris on our honeymoon it will be superb.
Recalling our time in Paris reminded me of the delightful french macaroons we shared while lazing in these chairs, so I just posted about the macaroons on m&g and couldn't resist posting the rest of them here, because the memories of the whole experience make me smile from ear to ear... so dreamy x

Sunshiney Daze

It's an unseasonably warm Autumn day, and with the sunshine on my back my mind wanders to the wonderfully warm day H & I spent exploring Capri. These are photos I took during that day and *sigh*... what an amazing day we had... oh bliss!

A Little Sobering

Today I am very tired & feeling a rather unmotivated - it's just one of those days where I can't seem to get my smile on. In an effort to improve my outlook on the day I was browsing through my shots from my & H's holiday in Europe... I will probably share a lot of my fave shots over time but for today, & so that I don't feel so sorry for myself I'm sharing this one. I took these photos at Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp when we visited Germany, today they will remind me to be grateful & courageous.
